MagMustangs sells Used and New Old Stock parts. All parts are sold “As-Is, Where-Is”, No Warranty expressed or implied. Items labeled as New Old Stock will still have significant age and are no longer warrantied or guaranteed by the manufacturer. Buyer assumes all risk and responsibility for ensuring proper functionality and safety concerns for their vehicle.

Overview

Domestic Returns are allowed within 30 days of you receiving your item/s. Please do return any item/s without contacting us first, and we will provide you with return shipping details. All parts must be returned with any original Ford packaging fully intact (if applicable). Any NOS electrical items that show signs of installation cannot be returned/refunded. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which can be waived if the return is due to error on our part. Return shipping will be paid by buyer. If you feel that we are in error, then please contact us before returning your part/s so we can discuss options. Proof of purchase will be required for all returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We typically process returns within 1-2 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
