1978 WASHINGTON ‘DEALER’ LICENSE PLATES. (2) Front and Rear. License Number ‘1653-I’.    The license plates are in good condition and have the original reflective paint. You will receive the exact set of plates pictured. May have some discoloration or scratches, dents or dings, slight bends or curls, etc. Please look closely at the photos before purchasing.   The State of Washington currently allows vehicles 30 years of age, or older, to use Collector Vehicle or Restored License Plates from Year of Manufacture (YOM).  Dealer plates are not specified and the use of original plates is only defined as ‘Restored’.  These plates have not been restored.
