1987-1991 Ford E-150, E-250, E-350, Econoline Van.       New-Old-Stock FRONT Drivers LH Side HEAD LAMP ASSEMBLY.   I am not positive this fits all years, so please ensure this is correct for you before purchasing.  This is an ORIGINAL FORD NOS PART.    Brand New in the box. Might have a slightly cracked corner on the inner housing.
