1969-1970 Mercury Cougar, Hardtop, Convertible, XR7, Eliminator. . …. Passenger’s Side RH ‘INNER’ Front Bumper Bracket. Mounts to the Front Frame Rail.  .. This is an ORIGINAL FORD PART. Removed from a 69 Cougar Xr7.   The Bracket is Stamped  WB17766 and 7 23 D3.  Correct for 69 and 70 Cars, even though Bumpers are different. .   The Bracket is Clean, and Very Straight. Still in the Original Black Finish and looks Great.  Has some Small spots of Rust. No Major Rust. .   Great Mounting Flanges. NO Damage. .  Overall, this is a Nice and Straight Original Bumper Bracket. .
