390-427-428-CJ Harmonic Crank Balancer-Pulley (3 Bolt Pulley Mount Pattern). This is an ORIGINAL FORD PART.   Casting number C8AE-6316-A2 and Date Stamp is L9. The Balancer is in Good Condition. Has been media blasted. The rubber has age splitting. You can choose whether you use as-is or rebuild.
