1967-1968 Mercury Cougar XR7, XR7-G, GTE.           Original Dark Ivy Gold XR7 Overhead Roof Console.   This is an ORIGINAL FORD PART.    Removed from a 68 Cougar Xr7.     The Console is in Great Original Condition.  The chrome is very bright but does have pitting. The light bar has peeling woodgrain. The lenses look great. The pad has Nice original green color without any serious discoloration or fading. No cracks or splits in the pad.  No heavy distortion or warping. No real separation on the backside. . The backside looks great. No rust on the metal support or the lights.  The light bar does have the wiring leads coming off it which are great. No cut or spliced wires.  Overall, this is a Great Original Ivy Gold XR7 Overhead Console.
