1967-1970 Ford Mustang, Fastback, Coupe, Convertible, GT, GT-A, California Special, Grande, Mach 1, Boss 302-429, Shelby GT-350, GT-500, KR, Mercury Cougar, Hardtop, Convertible, GT, 6.5 Litre, XR7, XR7-G, GT-E, Eliminator. ..            Original GT M/S-P/S Steering Gear Box With Pitman Arm Nut and Washer.   This is an ORIGINAL FORD PART.    Housing Casting number is C7ZR-3550-A and date coded [8G18]. Still has the Original ID Tag stamped SMB F and 8J19B.     Removed from a 69 Mustang GT Fastback.   16:1 Ratio, 4 Turns Lock-To-Lock, 1 1/8″ Sector Shaft.  This is a ‘Short Shaft’ Steering Box. .  The Steering Box is in Great Original Condition.    The shafts do turn together well.  The movement is sticky. .  The shafts have full rotation. Needs to be relubed and inspected and possibly rebuilt.. The steering box looks great.  No Rust .. Very Straight. No Cracks or Splits.. The Mounting threads are Great.  Great Shaft and Splines and threads.  . . ….
