1965 Ford Mustang, Fastback, Coupe, Convertible, GT, Shelby GT-350…..  Original GAS-FUEL FILLER CAP. With Wire Retaining Bail.     This is an ORIGINAL FORD PART.  . Removed from a 1965 Mustang Convertible.   Stamped (SM) on the inside. . .   .. This Gas Cap is in Great Original Condition. . . Has a Bright Chrome and brushed face finish.   There are age lines and freckles in the chrome.  No pitting or chrome bubbles.  No Gouges…  The Center Emblem is Great.  There are some age fractures around the outer edge of the lens. Has Great Emblem Color.  .   The Backside looks Great,  No Rust  . The Round Mount Cylinder and Tabs are Great.  the cable-bail is great and tightly attached. .
