1965-1968 Ford Mustang Fastback, GT, GTA, Shelby Fastback, GT350, GT500, GT500KR.     (4) Fastback Interior Rear Trap Door Upper Trim Panel Brackets-Retainers. I believe these are the brackets for the fiberglass panel just below rear window and above the trap door. Please ensure these are correct for you before purchasing. These are ORIGINAL FORD PARTS.  Number 424A80 in your diagram.
