Has been media blasted and Refinished Black and looks Great.  There is some metal pitting. Still very strong and solid.  No Dents or Dings. No Cracks or Splits.  Not bent or warped.  Great Mounting Flanges and Tabs. . Will Mount Very Straight.   .  Overall, this is a Great Original Rear Bumper Mounting Bracket. .
