1960-1961 Mercury Comet 2-Door or 4-Door Sedan and S-22. New Old Stock COMPLETE BODY UPPER SIDE BRIGHT TRIM MOULDING SET. For Fenders, Doors and Quarter Panels for LH and RH Sides. 14-Piece Set which looks to include pieces for 2-Door or 4-Door Cars to make a complete set for either bodystyle. I don’t know if this fits Station Wagons or not.
Part Numbers on packages are as follows: C1KB-54254A17-A and C1KB-54254A16-A, C1KB-6229038-A (4 of those), C1KB-16003-A and C1KB-16004-A, C1KB-6220938-A and C1KB-6220939-A, C1KB-5420938-A and C1KB-5420939-A, and C1KB-62291A34-B and C1KB-62291A35-B. These are All ORIGINAL FORD NOS PARTS.
The Moldings are in Excellent NOS Condition. They all have bright and nice finishes that just need a good cleaning, except a couple pieces that have a couple small spots of forming rust. This molding set has been inside a cardboard Mercury marked tube for many decades and full disclosure is that mice built a nest inside the tube and soaked some of the paper packages. Not much damage was done to the trim itself except for a few small spots. These are still excellent NOS trim pieces. I have left them as found. ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ORIGINAL NOS.
