Will work for LH or RH Side.  This is an ORIGINAL FORD PART.  Casting Number C0AB-6422614-A.    The Handle is in Good Original Condition. . The Original Chrome is Very Bright.  There is light pitting on the handle. .  No Corrosive Pitting.  No Rust. Will Mount and Work Great.
